Undamaged products may be returned for a refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Vingli’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Undeliverable Orders
Please take care in providing your shipping information. What you provide is exactly how your shipping label will be printed. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will result in a 20% processing fee and no shipping refund will be issued. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $28 will apply for US shipping addresses.
