Warranty Policy

Vingli reserves the right to modify this warranty policy. However, the policies in effect at the time of purchase will be honored. Please carefully read the following warranty guidelines and restrictions before making a purchase:

Coverage:
Our products are backed by a 365-day warranty from the date of purchase. Vingli guarantees repair or exchange of the product in case of failure caused by non-human factors.

Exclusions:
Please note that the following conditions are not covered by the warranty:

Damage caused by neglect or misuse of products.
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use of items.

Claim Process:
To qualify for warranty coverage, evidence of a warranty defect must be provided. If you encounter an issue, you are required to submit photo and/or video evidence of the problem.

Procedure:
The original purchaser must present the defective item along with the original receipt of purchase to the dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will facilitate repair or replacement arrangements with Vingli.

Restrictions:
The 365-day warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product.
Vingli's liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective items.
