Need Note:
1. If the vacuum doesn’t work, please check diaphragm especially of the diaphragm mouth inside see if there is a gap inside and check if any small rock stuck in the diaphragm.2. If suction is too large or small, need to adjust the regulating valve.3. If vacuum stop work when it reaches the surface of the pool,you need to adjsut regulating valve and adjust suction lower.
Problem: Cleaner is sluggish or has stopped operating.
Solution:
● Check if the pump is ON and / or primed.
● Check Cleaner head for blockages.
● Clean and empty pump basket and empty skimmer/weir basket.
● Ensure the filtration system is thoroughly cleaned. Clean sand/cartridge filters on your pool pump as per manufacturers specifications.
● Inspect the regulator valve and flush away any debris build-up.
● Check the Mat for wear.
● Make sure the curved tips of the Mat are facing upwards.
● Ensure that the skimmer/weir vacuum lid is fitted correctly and check for cracks.
● Check the hose for blockage.
● Check the hose for leaks by lifting each section above water while pump is running.
● Consult a pool shop in your area.
Problem: Cleaner travels in a repetitive pattern.
Solution:
● Adjust return jets downwards.
● Verify proper hose length.
● Ensure cleaner sits flush with the pool floor. Adjust the position of hose weight if necessary.
● This should be done at the deepest part of the pool.
● Remove or add one hose section.
● Inspect the Regulator Valve and flush away any debris build-up. ● Check that the hose sections are straight; if not, lay hose in a straight line in the sun to relax the memory.

VINGLI Pool Vacuum above Ground Indoor Outdoor Automatic Swimming Pool Cleaner Sweep Sweeper
Our old pool cleaner stopped working and so I looked around for a new one. I saw the one I'd wanted but it was nearly four times the price of this one!! Way too much money so I decided to give this VINGLI Pool Vacuum a go. I'm very happy I did.
We have a 20,000 gallon in ground concrete pool that loves to get dirty from the kids dragging in sand and the wind whirling pine needles and whatever else into it. For the past three weeks this pool cleaner has been going to town keeping our pool sparkling clean. I am absolutely shocked at how well it works given its very low and reasonable price tag. I can tell the quality isn't nearly as good as some name brands but what would you expect for a quarter of the cost. Still totally worth it.
It came with plenty of hose and several attachments to fit a wide variety of setups. We have a dedicated vac suction line so plug it in there. I am using the supplied hoses (some people try to use their old hoses and have issues so just use what is supplied and designed for it) and have had zero issues. It also came with extra parts like a diaphragm incase you need one down the road which is really nice.
I believe it could clean the sides all the way up to the water level if I set the pump higher and cleaned out the line and filter. However, as we have it set at around 2500rpm, my filter is probably dirty and my skimmer and main drain are partially open, it only makes it up about half way. It also will not go on the stairs which is normal as far as I know. I am very happy with it and as long as it lasts a few years or more, would gladly buy again.
I am pleasantly surprised. This automatic pool cleaner is fantastic. The speed of it is amazing..in have owned several over the years and so far this one is far and away the best. Money well spent.
We had Baracuda cleaners for years. Got tired of buying overpriced parts. Though I would give this a try. It was cheaper than the parts to repair the Baracuda and it has out performed it. Would highly recommend.
Worth of money
It has been in the pool here in Fla. For a year. No issues. Got an online leaf basket and this things does a great job. The only issue I have is the diaphragms are expensive. You have to use the Vingli diaphragms, the others don t work in this cleaner.
