Warm Tips:
Close the lid before flushing: Release the air pressure before emptying. (Press the orange button to release.) - The sealing slide valve shall be closed in transportation, only when using shall it be opened. - Please open the value and sit for a while if the bottom is a little bulged. Or fill some hot water into the bottom tank and leave it for some times. The unflat was caused by difference of temperature. (Heat and cold makes inner air volume expand and contract.) It is the good sealing performance that allows this happen. Such cases are very rare please don't worry. Each will be released air pressure after air tightness testing.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Good design. Easier than some to dump. Used it often 1 to 2 years, then the pipe that connected the top & bottom portions broke.
I will order another, but it would be convenient if they sold replacement parts.
Small and portable
Bought for our OTR expedite van. Perfect for what it’s used for, should have read the directions (warning) of releasing the pressure with the button between the two pieces before opening the slide that drops the excrement. Don’t ask, just make sure you do that🤮) We use the tablets in it and that helps tremendously with odor and breaking down the tank contents. I’d recommend this product.
This is our 2nd portable by same company. First one lasted 10 years before gasket wore out. Fits perfect in my van. Easy to use, easy to clean.
I have a small teardrop trailer which is great for sleeping at state and national park campsites. I prefer a campsite away from park facilities for privacy and quiet but that makes late night bio-breaks in unfamiliar forests a challenge. Bio-breaks are also a challenge during the day because most park campsites aren't miles apart and other campers are closer than I would prefer. Combined with a pop-up shower tent for privacy (shown in the photos) this portable toilet is handy.
