Your product is Top-Notch. The only problem is getting the steps filled with sand. What is the minimum amount of sand needed ,as it is difficult to add the sand.
This set of steps exceeded my expectations. It works better than i expected.
Put the ladder together last night. Once you figure out the design it's easy to install. The directions that come with the ladder suck. I'll put in my pool this weekend and hopefully happy results.
Stairs were pretty easy to put together once figured out..the hand rails don't seem to be to sturdy,so I added a piece of schedule 40 pvc to the handrails to secure it more see attached pictures,also the seller was great with working with me with a piece that was broken..I don't have them in the pool yet but I would recommend them
Loved how quickly the stairs went together. Water still is too cold to enter but I know these stairs will do the job

The ladder is great and it's way cheaper than buying at pool stores. The PVC pipe is sturdy so it will barely flex with weight on it.
The assembly was quick as my husband did it. The final part of assembly where you attach the rails is way hard. I wouldn't pour sand in the holes it tells you to do. Get 20 or 30lbs of neoprene coated weights. You can set them partially on the steps or zip tye them to anchor the steps. It's so much easier getting into the pool now.
We had to replace our pool stairs after building a deck because our old set wasn't tall enough. We were a little concerned about how stable these steps would be. The package arrived very quick (2 days), it was easy to assemble and we are VERY impressed with the steps. The are wider than our last set and are VERY stable. We could not be happier with our purchase. Well worth the money (and cheaper and nicer than what we were seeing in the pool stores). Highly recommend!!
