Thought I lost a screw. Sent them an email, and they responded the same day. The chairs are light, but they seem really sturdy. I bought two, and neither my wife nor I are over 250 lbs so I expect these chairs to last a long time.

My mother enjoyed using her chair is very good.
Comfortable for what it is, rocks nicely. Could be a little more solid, but that's nothing a little wood glue wouldn't fix during assembly. Finish is nicer than I had expected at time of purchase. Used both indoors and outdoors, fares the weather nicely.
